The Lawfare Institute is seeking a Program Assistant to support the AI Research Program, bridging technical, legal, and policy work. You will coordinate logistics for workshops, fellowships, and briefings, while assisting with podcast production and outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and applicable to entry-level policy/program work.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across events, fellows, and staff communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for program convenings and workshops (3–4 per year).
• Support legislative briefings and trainings for lawmakers and staff.
• Coordinate visiting fellows programs and onboarding/scheduling/travel.
• Assist with production of the Scaling Laws podcast including guest coordination.
• Schedule and promote video and social media content.
• Arrange travel and lodging for staff and fellows for events.
• Track papers workflow and coordinate with external authors.
