Qualifications

• 7+ years building and scaling AI software products
• Experience operating large-scale ML infrastructure with autoscaling and production performance
• 4+ years building AI and generative AI systems
• 3+ years owning an applied AI product domain
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LLMs, RAG, and related tooling
• 7+ years of Python development and experience with PySpark, Spark, PyTorch, Scala, FastAPI
• Healthcare decision-making AI experience and healthcare AI platforms

Responsibilities

• Define AI platform and transformation roadmap aligned to business goals
• Prioritize AI opportunities across clinical operations, finance, and enterprise functions
• Lead discovery through production launch, adoption, and improvement
• Architect and scale AI applications using generative AI, LLMs, and workflows
• Partner with Data Platform to create governed data products and metadata quality
• Establish standards for reliability, security, testing, monitoring, and cost control
• Build business cases, governance playbooks, and executive reporting
• Lead teams and vendor partnerships and promote AI literacy across the org
