CoreWeave, the AI hyperscaler, has acquired Weights & Biases to create an integrated AI platform. We are hiring a customer support role to assist users with technical questions and bug reports in a fast-moving environment.

You will quickly respond, triage issues, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve the product while maintaining SLAs and building the knowledge base. This is a full-time role with a strong benefits package.

Formación

• 2+ programming experience from engineering, CS degree, or projects.
• Python proficiency.
• Experience with Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch and related ML tools.
• Interest in machine learning and helping users.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound support requests via email, live chat and forums.
• Triage bugs and feature requests by issue severity.
• Track inbound and outbound responses to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on troubleshooting.
