Job summary

CoreWeave, the AI hyperscaler, is seeking a customer-focused support specialist for Weights & Biases by CoreWeave. You will quickly respond to inbound inquiries across email, chat, and forums, triage bugs, and help users get productive with our ML tooling.

This role requires 2+ programming experience, Python, ML frameworks, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment. The base salary ranges from $99,000 to $145,000 with a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ programming experience in relevant roles or projects.
• Python proficiency.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Strong customer communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Quickly respond to inbound support requests via email, live chat, and forums.
• Triage bugs and feature requests based on type and severity.
• Track responses to ensure SLAs are met and maintain fast response times.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams for issue resolution and feedback.
• Identify trends to improve documentation and processes.
