Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an experienced Application Production Support Analyst (AI Platform) for a hybrid role in Irving, TX and Charlotte, NC. You will focus on production support, incident resolution, and platform stability, not software development.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in production support, troubleshooting, and a track record of maintaining service availability across AI-driven applications and enterprise search platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture, or Application Production Support.
• Experience supporting business applications in a production environment is required.
• Experience with incident management and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for AI-enabled applications and platform solutions.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production incidents and complex issues.
• Analyze failed transactions to drive root-cause analysis.
• Participate in releases and post-implementation validation.
• Monitor health, availability, and performance to ensure stability.
• Collaborate with product teams, platform engineering, and stakeholders.
• Identify reliability improvements and recommend process enhancements.
• Support search, document-processing, and knowledge-management capabilities.
