Job summary

SoftPathTechnologies is seeking a Technical AI Product Owner in New York to lead a broad personalization platform. You will translate business goals into priorities, epics, and stories across multiple engineering teams, with a strong focus on architecture awareness and AI-enabled productivity.

You will own backlog, define acceptance criteria, and work with leads to sequence work and manage dependencies. Experience with AI tools and data-driven platforms is highly valued.

• Break down broad asks into scoped stories mapped to engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for a broad platform spanning multiple functional areas.
• Maintain understanding of end-to-end solution including data, streaming, decisioning, rules, orchestration, and UI layers.
• Break down broad business asks into well-scoped stories aligned with the right engineering team.
• Write clear acceptance criteria and definitions of done for engineering execution.
• Partner with engineering leads to sequence work, manage dependencies, and align with roadmap.
• Use Claude and AI tools to draft stories, analyze requirements, and speed up planning.
• Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress to technical and business stakeholders.
• Refine backlog as platform expands into new use cases and business areas.
