Evolent invites a Sr Director, Product Management (AI) to shape our foundational platform. You will define the strategy, lead a PM team, and partner with engineers, data scientists, and clinicians to deliver AI capabilities that scale across the organization.

You will work with executive visibility to drive governance, performance, and growth, ensuring responsible AI and scalable architectures for healthcare outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 10+ years in product management with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Healthcare technology or value-based care experience preferred.
• Proven track record launching and scaling complex software products.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate market insights into strategy.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Deep understanding of agile development and product lifecycle management.
• Experience with product analytics tools and experimentation frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of healthcare regulatory landscape (HIPAA/HITECH).

Responsabilités

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
• Translate requirements into clear product specs and user stories.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations.
• Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life planning.
• Establish KPIs to measure success and inform iterations.
• Represent products at industry events and client meetings.
• Drive improvements in product management processes and governance.
• Allocate budgets and resources to achieve strategic goals.
• Set enterprise AI strategy and oversee AI-enabled capabilities.
