Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with complex systems in cloud environments.
• Experience in building or optimizing developer tooling for ML/AI workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Contribute high-quality, maintainable code to open-source AI/ML projects.
• Develop scalable toolkits for synthetic data generation and model training.
• Serve as Technical Lead, providing architectural guidance to the team.

Skills

Proficiency in backend programming languages (Python, Go, Rust, Java)

Experience with microservices on containerized platforms

Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)

Experience with large language models

Strong grasp of distributed systems patterns

Education
