Job summary

Abacus Technology Corporation seeks an AI Full-Stack Developer to design, configure, develop, and implement secure, scalable enterprise AI solutions for USPS OIG. The role involves front-end and back-end work, data workflows, and cloud integrations with AI/ML capabilities.

You will collaborate with government SMEs, configure enterprise AI tools, and build reusable templates for governance and monitoring. Must be a US citizen and security-cleared work is expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of software development experience with at least 2 years in AI tools/tech
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/Data Science or related field
• Experience embedding bias mitigation, explainability, and fairness controls
• Hands-on AI/ML development within an AI framework or platform
• Experience configuring or integrating AI/ML tools
• Knowledge of responsible AI risk management frameworks

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with government SMEs/users to design and deliver AI governance frameworks and workflows.
• Configure, customize, and integrate enterprise AI tools and platforms.
• Integrate Collibra for data cataloging, glossaries, lineage, and governance workflows.
• Develop AI-enabled capabilities such as intelligent search, document analysis, and summarization.
• Build front-end apps, back-end services, APIs, and cloud integrations with AI/ML.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor AI system performance and health.
• Develop data pipelines and ML workloads using Databricks (notebooks, Delta Lake, MLflow).
• Support inventories, risk classifications, approval workflows, and post-deployment monitoring.
