Insight Global is seeking an experienced Architect of AI Intelligence & Platform Engineering to lead the development of a foundational AI platform. This role entails driving context engineering and AI safety while managing a team. Ideal candidates should possess extensive experience in software engineering, data engineering, and applied AI/ML, alongside strong leadership capabilities. Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or applied AI/ML.
• 2+ years in technical leadership or people management roles.
• Proven experience with context engineering, RAG architectures, and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Strong background in semantic layers, ontologies, and knowledge graphs.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the enterprise AI intelligence stack end-to-end.
• Design and scale the context engine, semantic layer, and knowledge graph.
• Establish standards for prompt engineering, evaluation, and versioning.
• Lead AI governance, safety, compliance, and protection frameworks.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of 4–6 senior engineers.
