Job summary

Lattice is seeking a leader to head its AI Platform Engineering efforts from a remote US-based position. You will guide AI and software engineers to build reliable, scalable AI quality metrics and evaluation infrastructure across product teams.

You will partner with Product, Applied AI, Data Science, and Engineering to shape the AI platform roadmap, drive architecture decisions, and ensure high-impact delivery with a culture of ownership and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and growing high-performing software engineering teams.
• Strong background leading teams that build AI infrastructure and AI-powered products.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS AI products prioritizing quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing AI/DS/engineer team to technical leadership.
• Own the execution and delivery of the AI Platform roadmap.
• Partner with Product, Applied AI, Data Science, and engineering leaders to define AI quality metrics.
