Job summary

You’ll work cross-functionally to integrate AI into real business workflows and contribute to broader AI strategies. Must have strong Python, LangChain, and cloud skills, plus experience deploying ML models and tuning prompts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering/AI and 3 years of related work experience, or an advanced degree with 1 year of experience.
• 2+ years developing and deploying ML models, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• 2+ years using Python or R in AI tool development and deployment.
• 2+ years collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines grounded in enterprise sources.
• Develop AI models to enhance customer service automation with measurable improvements.
• Apply prompt engineering and fine-tuning to optimize AI performance.
• Create AI tools to integrate improvements into operational frameworks.
