Job summary

Bandwidth is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to join the Corporate IT Engineering team in Raleigh, NC. You will embed AI into internal systems, scale ML workloads, and build production-grade AI tooling across infrastructure, identity, monitoring, and automation platforms.

You will containerize AI workloads, design internal APIs, and champion AI best practices with a collaborative, results-driven team of Bandwidth engineers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience owning or extending LLM-powered platforms, including RAG pipeline development and production API integration.
