UpSmith, Inc. is hiring Software Engineers to own core platform systems as we scale. This high-ownership role sits on a small team, shaping technical direction and shipping end-to-end. You’ll work closely with engineering and ops to drive measurable business impact.

You’ll tackle decision systems, data infrastructure, and supply-demand coordination, building dashboards and client-facing visibility while planning incremental migrations to keep production healthy.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable systems and decision logic for real-time workloads.

Responsibilities

• Own core platform systems and architectural decisions.
• Build decision systems that determine which customers to contact and when.
• Develop reliable data infrastructure for trustworthy analytics.
• Enable client-facing dashboards, attribution, and full-funnel visibility.
• Plan migrations and evolution of production systems with minimal disruption.
