Chime is seeking a Software Engineer for the AI Enablement team to build and scale internal AI platforms and guardrails. You will contribute to Archimedes, Bosun, and easyRAG, delivering production-ready features that empower teams to develop safe, high-quality AI-powered tools.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Platform Engineering, Security, Risk, Legal, and product teams, advancing golden path patterns for responsible AI while shipping features in production environments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to AI platforms like Archimedes, Bosun, easyRAG.
• Build APIs, SDKs, templates, and shared services for safe AI.
• Prototype and productionize new AI capabilities with senior engineers.
• Apply golden path patterns for LLM usage and refine them.
• Build features for standardized, observable AI-powered assistants.
• Learn evaluation, observability, and cost-management practices.
• Collaborate with Security, Risk, and Legal to implement guardrails.
