Position Summary

We are seeking an AI Platform Engineer to help build a new platform for Adheris from the ground up, working directly alongside our Director of Engineering & AI Platform Engineering. This role is squarely hands-on: turning architecture into a working platform, using agentic AI tools to ship at a pace traditional development cycles cannot match.

The ideal candidate brings solid production engineering fundamentals, practical experience using AI coding tools in real development work, and genuine appetite to build depth in cloud and data engineering. This is a strong fit for an engineer who wants to work at close range with an experienced architect on a greenfield system, in an environment where patterns are still being established. Experience within healthcare, pharmacy, or other regulated environments, including HIPAA and PHI handling, is a plus.
