Job summary

TPI Global Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Platform/DevOps Engineer for a 6-month contract (temp to hire). The role requires residence within 60 miles of NYC/Manhattan or other listed client offices with a hybrid in-office 1-2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• 3-10 years in Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Automation Engineering.
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise platform capabilities, shared services, automation solutions, and developer productivity platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale technical initiatives and influencing engineering strategy across multiple teams.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, platform engineering, automation, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices.

Education

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, CIS, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Temp to Hire)

Location: Candidates must reside within a 60-mile radius of any Client office location listed below: Draper, UT | Columbus, OH | Plano, TX | Chadds Ford, PA | Wilmington, DE | NYC/Manhattan. (Hybrid Role: 1-2 Times A Week In Office)

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, CIS, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-10 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Automation Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling enterprise platform capabilities, shared services, automation solutions, and developer productivity platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale technical initiatives and influencing engineering strategy across multiple teams.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, platform engineering, automation, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices.
