Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an AI Platform Enablement Analyst to empower engineering teams by building foundational AI tools, starter kits, and reference implementations. You will work at the intersection of platform engineering and application development, delivering hands-on engineering and an improved developer experience.

You will create reusable patterns, templates, and examples for AI use cases, collaborating with product and engineering teams to drive adoption and consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7-12 years experience developing backend services, APIs, or developer platforms; Python or Java preferred.
• 2-3 years working knowledge of AI or ML-powered application development.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable SDKs, sample applications, and reference implementations to support AI-enabled software development.
• Create developer tooling for local development, testing, evaluation, debugging, and deployment of AI workloads.
• Translate platform capabilities into clear technical documentation, guides, and onboarding resources.
• Develop templates and examples for AI use cases such as chat assistants, RAG, and agent-based workflows.
• Partner with product and engineering to support adoption and promote scalable AI solutions.
• Gather feedback from early adopters to improve tools and overall developer experience.
• Support demos, workshops, hackathons, and innovation initiatives showcasing AI capabilities.
