Job summary
LatchBio in San Francisco is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer focused on AI Enablement. You will tackle agent infrastructure, ML infrastructure, model benchmarking at scale, and full stack development, while improving developer productivity with powerful tooling and workflows.

Qualifications
- AI-native engineer who uses AI coding agents daily and has built tooling or integrations for a whole team.
- 3+ years writing production code in Python, Go, or TypeScript; quick productivity in new codebases.
- Built internal tools or developer-experience improvements that were adopted by others.
- Hands-on CI/CD, AWS or GCP, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code; able to own the pipeline.
- Able to teach and evangelize new ways to work through demos, docs, and pairing.
