Job summary

CTDI seeks an AI Software Developer to join the AI Platforms Team to build next-generation AI applications that transform enterprise data into intelligent, self-service business solutions. You will design, build, and support AI-powered applications, including agents and RAG solutions, leveraging AWS Bedrock, Snowflake, and other modern data platforms.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of software or AI engineering experience, strong Python skills, SQL proficiency, and comfort with APIs, testing,

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of software development, application development, or AI engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
• Experience working with LLMs, RAG solutions, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with complex data models.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with Git, APIs, testing, and modern software development practices. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support AI-powered applications, agents, and RAG solutions.
• Build integrations using AWS services including Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Athena, and Glue.
• Work with Snowflake data models to deliver accurate, data-driven user experiences.
• Convert legacy reporting and manual processes into scalable AI-enabled applications.
• Design, test, debug, deploy, and maintain software solutions.
• Collaborate with technical leads, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and Agile development activities.
