CTDI is seeking an AI Software Developer to join our AI Platforms Team to develop next-generation AI applications that transform enterprise data into intelligent, self-service business solutions. You will work with senior engineers, data teams, and stakeholders to design, build, and support AI-powered applications that improve operational efficiency and decision-making across the organization.

CTDI is seeking an AI Software Developer to join our AI Platforms Team and help develop next-generation AI applications that transform enterprise data into intelligent, self-service business solutions. This role is ideal for a developer with experience in software engineering, data-driven applications, and emerging AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.

Working closely with senior engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders, you will design, build, and support applications that improve operational efficiency and decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support AI-powered applications, agents, and RAG solutions.
• Build integrations using AWS services including Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Athena, and Glue.
• Work with Snowflake data models to deliver accurate, data-driven user experiences.
• Convert legacy reporting and manual processes into scalable AI-enabled applications.
• Design, test, debug, deploy, and maintain software solutions.
• Collaborate with technical leads, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and Agile development activities.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of software development, application development, or AI engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
• Experience working with LLMs, RAG solutions, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with complex data models.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with Git, APIs, testing, and modern software development practices.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Bedrock and AI platform services.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and dimensional data modeling.
• Exposure to vector databases, semantic search, and embedding models.
• Experience with inventory, procurement, supply chain, or operational business processes.
• Experience modernizing reporting or analytics solutions.
