Job summary

Sysdig is seeking a senior platform/DevOps engineer in Raleigh, NC. You will own production-grade platform components, including gateway and agent-hosting subsystems, with a bias toward secure, scalable automation and governance.

You will work across IT, Security, and DevX to align roadmaps, while delivering MCP fleet management, IAM mappings, and agent-driven automation. Remote work is not indicated; on-site collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering or platform engineering with production ownership.
• Hands-on AWS experience including IAM, ECS or Lambda, CloudWatch, and VPC.
• Full-stack capability: backend services, APIs, CI/CD, containerized deployments.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Bedrock runtime and gateway configuration behind an AWS/Okta-SSO'd gateway, co-owned with DevX lead.
• Build and run the MCP fleet and manage the MCP registry; partner with IT to mature assets.
• Author MDM config payload and Okta-group-to-IAM mapping; define desktop client setup and auth flows for non-technical users.
