Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
9–12+ years of relevant experience.
Experience designing and operating cloud, infrastructure, SRE, or platform capabilities for production AI workloads.
Ability to lead complex programs and align executives around trade-offs.
Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in a hybrid capacity.

Responsibilities

Set the platform direction and roadmaps across cloud, hybrid, and edge environments.
Run the platform as a product with defined service tiers and adoption metrics.
Enable portable model access with policy-aware routing and stable contracts.
Architect elastic foundations for AI workloads balancing performance, resilience, and cost.
Automate delivery with progressive release and evidence built into processes.
Define trusted agent runtimes with secure execution and replay.
Engineer for reliability with observability and recovery patterns.
Make economics visible by linking usage to unit economics.
Guide strategic build-versus-buy and portability decisions.
Build capability by mentoring engineers and turning AI tech into reusable patterns.
