Job summary

The Dixon Group in Chestertown, MD is seeking an AI Solutions & Automation Engineer to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our enterprise AI platform, automated workflows, and agentic solutions. You will partner with leaders across operations, IT, engineering, and manufacturing to design, deploy, and govern AI-powered agents and multi-agent systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in software development and technology solutions in a business setting.
• Proven ability to design, build, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI solutions and AI agents.
• Deep familiarity with agentic AI architectures and data governance frameworks.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure services is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise AI platform and automated workflows.
• Design, build, deploy, and support autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Collaborate with business units to identify AI opportunities and drive transformation.
• Establish AI governance, data protection, and security controls.
• Develop training and documentation for safe adoption of AI tools.
• Measure ROI and operational impact of AI programs.
