Job summary

Hubbell is seeking an AI Platform Administrator to govern the Modern Work AI Platform, focusing on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. You will set policies, monitor usage, and align with governance standards while extending governance to other GenAI platforms as Hubbell evolves.

The role emphasizes admin‑as‑code, security, and cross‑functional collaboration with Cybersecurity, IAM, and Infrastructure, ensuring safe adoption and controlled deployment across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience administering M365 Copilot or comparable AI and agent platforms.
• Strong governance, security, and compliance controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Copilot and AI platform roadmap and governance implications.
• Configure tenant-level Copilot admin settings and policies.
• Extend governance to other enterprise AI platforms across vendors.
• Track adoption and report trends to leadership.
• Administer data policies, DLP, and content boundaries for sensitive sites.
