Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated seeks an Modern Work Platform Administrator to manage and govern the AI and agent platforms across the enterprise, starting with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform. You will own day-to-day configurations, policy management, usage monitoring, and data-access governance, while expanding governance as Hubbell adopts new AI platforms.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years in Microsoft 365 administration, hands-on Power Platform administration, and solid governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering Microsoft 365 services at scale in an enterprise tenant.
• Hands-on Power Platform administration and Copilot Studio administration a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Preferred certifications: Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and govern Microsoft Copilot and other AI platform roadmap and features with governance implications.
• Configure tenant-level Copilot admin settings and policies via the Microsoft 365 admin center.
• Extend governance model to other enterprise AI platforms as Hubbell adopts them.
• Track platform adoption and usage; report trends to leadership.
• Govern data access and grounding for Copilot with Microsoft Purview, including sensitivity labels and DLP.
• Administer agent governance and lifecycle for Copilot and SharePoint agents.
• Support Power Platform and Copilot Studio administration, including environment settings and governance models.
• Govern connectors, data sources, and data policies with Responsible AI guardrails.
