Job summary

LPL Financial seeks an Assistant Vice President, AI PDLC Product Owner to shape an enterprise AI PDLC platform that connects people, processes, agents, knowledge and metrics. Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management or product ownership experience in enterprise software
• Ability to translate complex business processes into product strategy, roadmaps and measurable outcomes
• Experience leading cross-functional product delivery with engineering, design, data and business stakeholders
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycles and data-driven decision making
• Practical understanding of generative AI and AI-enabled software development for enterprise workflows

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities and operating measures for the AI PDLC platform and measurement framework.
• Translate future-state PDLC into personas, workflows, roles, artifacts, gates, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define and evolve measures across PDLC phases (DORA, throughput, cycle time, quality, adoption, business value).
• Partner with engineering, architecture, design, AI governance, risk and delivery teams on requirements and experiences.
• Lead pilot readiness activities from hypothesis to evidence collection and iterative improvements through scale.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog using data and stakeholder feedback to improve value delivery.
• Define enablement, feedback, operating practices and reporting to support adoption and measurement of outcomes.
