Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to orchestrate AI-acceleration partner delivery.

You will coordinate PSA Pods, manage intake with GEO partner teams, track revenue signals, and ensure production readiness for AI agent products across NAMER, APJ, and EMEA. You will partner with APO Engineering, field teams and partner executives to drive milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, plus risk and critical path management.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PSA Pod delivery across Strategic AI Partnerships.
• Manage intake pipeline operations with GEO partner teams and COEs.
• Track revenue signal alignment and surface risks to leadership.
• Manage portfolio of AI agent products from development to production launch.
• Define program milestones and dependencies with AppSec and ORR governance.
• Monitor agent performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Collaborate across builders, APO Engineering, and field teams to remove blockers.
• Influence roadmap priorities and resource allocation with signals from engagements.
• Write narratives and present to Directors and VPs to drive decisions.
• Establish sprint cadences, intake reviews, and delivery retrospectives.
