Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours and weekly pay. You’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve through your evaluations and written feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay/zoom to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to articulate explanations in writing.

Responsibilities

• Holding live scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of exchanges.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Writing detailed explanations of issues observed in writing.
