Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of home. You’ll conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all on your own schedule.

This remote, freelance role offers flexible hours and the chance to influence how AI systems learn. Paid weekly up to $15/hour with access to leading LLMs and ongoing incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and ability to explain findings.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening/review.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is a nice-to-have credential.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to the prompt.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flicker, misalignment, and audio/video mismatches.
• Provide a written, evidence-based explanation of findings.
