Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, remote schedule. You'll participate in live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off, helping improve real-world AI performance.

Work from home or while traveling, with payments weekly and rates that vary by expertise. You’ll gain access to leading LLMs and contribute to Outlier's evaluation loop driving frontier AI research forward.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear, written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.
• Ability to explain complex observations clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely, zooming and replaying to spot issues.
• Write English explanations detailing what was seen or heard.
