Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented contributors to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate how natural and clear responses are, compare image/video pairs, and explain discrepancies in writing, remotely and on your schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with excellent written communication and strong attention to detail. A Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus, and we welcome applicants worldwide for remote work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation.
