Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your own schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing to help improve AI reasoning and performance.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication and keen attention to detail. A Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have, and you must be comfortable discussing realistic scenarios and making

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversations.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
