CI&T is seeking an AI Orchestrator to lead a multidisciplinary squad at the intersection of people leadership, agentic development, and software delivery. You will coordinate AI agents across the full SDLC, ensuring proper configuration, monitoring, and continuous improvement while keeping the team aligned and delivery predictable.
The role requires strong leadership in agile environments, hands-on experience with AI agents and prompts, and the ability to manage dashboards and stakeholder

Responsibilities
- Orchestrate AI agents across the SDLC with proper context and guardrails.
- Lead a multidisciplinary squad and foster high performance.
- Monitor outputs, refine prompts, and improve delivery precision.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies in an AI-augmented workflow.
- Map value streams, manage dependencies, and keep timelines predictable.
- Backlog prioritization with Product Managers and stakeholders.
- Define productivity and quality metrics for agentic operations.
- Ensure governance and compliance in AI-driven development.
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
