Unknown is seeking a dedicated professional to help business and product teams leverage AI for review and quality work. The role involves mapping workflows, building AI-driven processes, and monitoring performance to drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include prioritizing initiatives by impact, partnering with process owners to define human-in-the-loop, and creating robust test sets to calibrate AI judges. This is a 12‑month contract with remote work within the United States.

• 5-7 years in operations, program management, analytics, consulting, or applied AI.
• Daily AI user with proven impact; comfortable with metrics like accuracy and recall.
• Strong communication, self-direction, and experience with messy processes.
