About The Role

We are seeking a hands-on AI Operations & Automation Specialist to help transform manual business processes into scalable, AI-powered workflows. This role focuses on identifying automation opportunities, building and implementing AI solutions, and measuring their effectiveness in real-world business operations.

The ideal candidate has practical experience using AI to improve operational efficiency, automate repetitive processes, and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify inefficient or manual business processes and develop AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Build and implement AI automations using generative AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, and workflow automation solutions.
• Evaluate existing business processes, map workflows, and determine where AI can automate tasks or support human decision-making.
• Develop testing and quality assurance processes to measure AI performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Create evaluation datasets, establish quality benchmarks, and monitor AI outputs to identify errors and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to implement AI solutions.
• Support human-in-the-loop workflows, including data labeling, quality reviews, and vendor-supported operations.
• Own automation initiatives from initial discovery through implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working at a tech company or online marketplace, such as Uber, DoorDash, Instacart, Lyft, Amazon, or eBay.
• 5-7 years of experience in AI Operations, Business Process Automation, Process Improvement, or related operational roles.
• Hands-on experience building and implementing AI-powered workflows or automations that have delivered measurable business results.
• Experience using generative AI tools, LLMs, and prompt engineering to improve or automate business processes.
• Experience with quality assurance, process evaluation, performance metrics, or measuring the accuracy of automated workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently identify opportunities, implement solutions, and collaborate across teams.
