Qualifications

8+ years in infrastructure, platform engineering, or IT operations.
3+ years leading automation or AIOps initiatives.
Experience redesigning operations around automation and IaC.

Responsibilities

Redesign infrastructure operating model with automated, self-healing pipelines.
Define transformation roadmap with milestones and go-live gates.
Lead change management and new role definitions for automation adoption.
Build and deploy AIOps platforms and agentic tooling for AWS-centric environments.
Stand up LLM-assisted triage and predictive failure models.
Automate end-to-end IaC standards and self-healing automation.
Own CI/CD pipelines for operational tooling and safe rollbacks.
Manage and develop a team of automation engineers; hands-on coding.
