0–3 years of experience is ideal; you should be comfortable writing and debugging AI-driven solutions, with strong initiative and a bias for rapid iteration. Onsite role with close collaboration to leadership and sales teams.

About the Role

We're looking for someone sharp and early in their career who has spent real time deep in AI tools — building, automating, and problem-solving with them daily. You'll have unusual autonomy for a role at this level and a direct line to the operations and sales leadership whose work you're improving.

Location: Cleveland, OH (onsite)

What You'll Do
