Job summary

Salt is seeking a hands-on AI-focused engineer who will act as the architect, engineer, and product owner for AI initiatives. Working with operational leaders, you’ll identify inefficiencies, design scalable AI-powered solutions, build them, and continuously improve them after deployment.

They're looking for a hands-on engineer who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys solving business problems through technology.

About the Role

This is not a traditional software engineering position.

You'll act as the architect, engineer, and product owner for AI initiatives across the business. Working directly with operational leaders, you'll identify inefficiencies, design scalable AI-powered solutions, build them, and continuously improve them after deployment.

There are no product managers writing specifications. You'll own projects from idea through production.
