Job summary

STARK, a 90-year-old luxury carpet company, is becoming AI-native by redesigning how work gets done. You will help define the operational engine across Finance, Product, Inventory, Warehouse, and HR, turning prototypes into durable systems that reduce manual effort and align data across functions.

You will partner with an AI Chief of Staff and cross-functional teams to build scalable tools, dashboards, and rules that empower decision-making while simplifying complex processes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and ship internal tools or automations.
• Strong fluency with AI tools, agents, and AI-assisted development.
• Experience building scalable business or ops systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand how the work happens by observing Finance, Product, and Warehouse teams.
• Map workflows, handoffs, duplicated effort, and manual processes.
• Audit the tools currently in use; identify fragility and ownership.
• Translate legacy processes into clear, actionable requirements.
• Design and launch practical internal tools to improve operating efficiency.
