The role focuses on turning prototypes into scalable systems, improving order movement, and creating auditable, governance-friendly solutions that scale with the business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to personally build internal tools, automations, or lightweight applications — not just write requirements or manage developers.
• Strong fluency with AI tools, agents, and AI-assisted development.
• Ability to map workflows, handoffs, and identify automation opportunities.
• Experience working with Finance, Product, and Operations to deliver durable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Learn how the work actually happens by observing Finance, Product, and Warehouse teams.
• Translate messy legacy processes into clear requirements for automated systems.
• Identify where AI, automation, software, or process redesign adds value and implement it.
• Build durable tools and dashboards that are owned and monitored by the team.
