Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Three years of analytics or healthcare informatics experience.
• Experience with AI, ML, analytics or automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-enabled operational analytics tools and dashboards.
• Design and deploy predictive models to identify disengagement and risk.
• Support automated triage, risk stratification, and prioritization workflows.
• Monitor AI system performance, accuracy, reliability and fairness.
• Develop automated reporting and workflow optimization solutions.
• Analyze utilization patterns and engagement trends.
• Collaborate with evaluators and data specialists for advanced analytics.
• Translate large datasets into actionable operational recommendations.
• Assist with NLP, intelligent reporting, and AI-driven tools.
• Support governance around AI safety, data quality, and privacy.
• Train staff on AI-enabled tools and promote responsible use.
