Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/Analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, data analysis, or related fields.
• Experience defining operational KPIs from raw data and building the reporting to sustain them.
• Hands-on experience with extracting and preparing structured and unstructured data for analytics or AI workflows.
• Experience using AI tools in a professional environment; familiarity with generative AI tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration with IT, architecture, security, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop KPI definitions from terminal operations and map data to KPIs.
• Identify, extract, and prepare data from operational source systems and unstructured sources.
• Collaborate with leadership to validate KPIs and prioritize AI applications.
• Design and deliver AI training programs and enablement materials.
• Establish AI governance standards and promote responsible AI use.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows and measure ROI.
