Job summary

Oracle Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Network Engineering to lead a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software for NICs, GPUs, and AI infrastructure at cloud scale.

You will own the end-to-end NPI lifecycle for high-performance networking technologies, drive cross-functional programs with silicon vendors, and build an organization spanning NIC engineering, networking software, and performance validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPI lifecycle for NICs supporting OCI GPU and AI infra.
• Partner with NIC, GPU, silicon, and systems vendors to deploy new networking tech.
• Build and lead the OCI Collective Communication Library (CCL) engineering org.
• Optimize collective communication, RDMA, GPU networking, and topology-aware algorithms.
• Own GPU cluster networking performance with benchmarking and analysis.
• Establish automated qualification and fault-testing for cloud-scale readiness.
