Job summary

JUUL Labs, Inc. is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead a global software-engineering team and shape product strategy for customer-facing experiences. You will define roadmaps, drive AI-native projects, and align stakeholders on timelines and priorities.

You will conduct market research, leverage data to inform decisions, and oversee performance metrics to ensure success. This role requires strong UX understanding and collaboration with executives and engineers alike.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Understanding of software development processes.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving using first principles.
• Knowledge of UX design principles.
• Working knowledge of databases/SQL, APIs, and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex) for productivity.
• Familiarity with Jira or Linear for roadmap tracking.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a team of talented software engineers from around the world
• Define strategy, roadmaps, and product requirements for compelling customer‑facing experiences
• Lead projects to level up internal teams to become AI‑native
• Drive alignment among stakeholders on user experience, priorities, and timelines
• Conduct market and competitive research to inform product decisions
• Make data‑informed decisions that align with strategic goals
• Track product performance metrics and report progress against goals
• Communicate product features and requirements to audiences of varying technical backgrounds, including business stakeholders, software engineers, designers, and executives
• Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Comprehensive understanding of software development processes
• Strong critical thinking and first‑principles problem‑solving
• Sound understanding of UX design principles
• Working knowledge of technical concepts such as databases/SQL, APIs, and HTML/CSS
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cowork, Codex) for personal or team productivity and workflow automation
• Familiarity with project/roadmap tools such as Jira or Linear
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, changing environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills

EDUCATION:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
• Alternatively, a bachelors degree in a non‑technical field paired with relevant technical experience, coursework, or a certification (e.g., coding bootcamp)

Salary varies by role, level and location, and is dependent on the cost of labor in a given geographic region among other factors. These ranges may be modified at any time.
