Job summary

Juul Labs in San Francisco seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead a global software team, define strategy, roadmaps and product requirements for customer-facing experiences, and drive AI-native initiatives.

Personal And Professional Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cowork, Codex) for personal or team productivity and workflow automation
• Familiarity with project/roadmap tools such as Jira or Linear
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Education

• Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
• Alternatively, a bachelors degree in a non-technical field paired with relevant technical experience, coursework, or a certification (e.g., coding bootcamp)
