Job summary

Blue Ribbon Global Technologies seeks an AI-Native Technical Architect II to provide advanced architectural leadership for healthcare-focused platforms, aligning design with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.

You will translate business goals into actionable specifications, drive AI-assisted development, ensure security, scalability, and maintainability, and mentor teams while balancing long-term platform evolution with hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing and building web, workflow, service, and backend applications, including architecture and software design for one or more teams.
• Significant experience in application and solution architecture, including API design, service decomposition, integration patterns, and user-facing/workflow apps.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive architecture for the assigned business area, translating strategy into implementable solutions and delivery-ready features.
• Design systems that incorporate AI-enabled capabilities and establish guardrails for safe AI use across applications.
• Advance AI-assisted development practices, including copilots, code generation, automated testing, and intelligent engineering workflows.
• Guide design reviews and major technical decisions across APIs, services, data flows, and platform components.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve architectural issues, and guide trade-offs across cost, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Mentor developers and architects, promoting modern engineering and AI-assisted practices.
