Cotiviti seeks an AI-Native Technical Architect II to lead architecture across a healthcare-focused domain. You will guide AI-assisted engineering, establish standards, and ensure architectures balance cost, security, scalability, and reliability.

The role demands deep systems thinking, hands-on depth, and clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences. You will mentor teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience designing and building web, workflow, service, and backend applications with architecture responsibility.
• Significant experience in application and solution architecture, including API design and service decomposition.
• Hands-on experience with modern languages and frameworks such as Java, Golang, Spring.
• Deep familiarity with microservices, cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and enterprise integration.
• Experience applying AI-assisted development, agent-based workflows, and reusable AI skills.
• Strong SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and reliability practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into architecture requirements and evaluate trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced architectural leadership within the assigned business area.
• Translate business and product intent into implementable designs guiding AI-native and traditional teams.
• Establish and apply technical standards; guide design reviews and major decisions.
• Oversee implementation to ensure architecture is realized correctly with security and maintainability.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, security, data, and partner teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve engineering effectiveness and delivery outcomes.
