Job summary

Nxt Level is seeking a Technical Co-Founder and AI-Native Engineering Leader to build the next generation of healthcare technology. This hands-on founding role starts from zero, not one with a pre-built engineering org.

You will shape technical vision, build the initial product, and grow the engineering foundation around it. You will work with AI agents, agentic workflows, and modern infrastructure to deliver scalable healthcare solutions, while participating in product strategy and fundraising.

Qualifications

• Experience helping grow a product or business from zero to meaningful ARR.
• Ability to build from zero, not inherit an established team.
• Experience designing AI-native products and agentic systems.
• Willingness to write production code and prototype new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy, architecture, and engineering roadmap.
• Build and ship the initial product with the founding team.
• Design AI-native products using LLMs, agents, and retrieval systems.
• Prototype, test, and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Establish engineering culture and standards; recruit as needed.
• Work with customers and healthcare stakeholders to translate problems into product features.
• Collaborate on product strategy, fundraising, and company-building.
