AI-Native Staff Engineer – SN is a remote, full-time role focused on delivering production-grade software using AI-assisted development workflows. You’ll generate code with Claude and related tools, review and refine it for performance, security, and maintainability.

As a senior IC who guides a small team, you design clean APIs and scalable backend components, collaborate across teams, and ensure rapid iteration while keeping quality high.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Java with production-grade software experience.
• Experience using Claude or similar AI coding tools.
• Focus on AI-native development practices rather than ML modelling.

Responsibilities

• AI-Native Software Development: Build and maintain production-grade apps using AI-assisted workflows.
• Application Design and Implementation: Design clean APIs, services, and components.
• AI Orchestration and Workflow Execution: Coordinate AI tool usage across development activities.
• Collaboration and Team Execution: Work with AI-Native tech leads and adjacent teams to deliver features end-to-end.
